Let’s Create
  • Paula is an inspiration at our school. She has run some fantastic dance workshops with all age groups in the school and choreographed dances for our school plays to a very high standard, getting the most from all of our children. Give her a theme and she comes back with a fantastically choreographed piece that all the children can learn, or a series of dance lessons that she has created.  Paula is a delight to work with, highly skilled and experienced, capable and extremely likeable, which is why we always want more. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

  • As a preschool we have recently found an area of the Express Arts & Design quite a challenge to achieve. Within a thirty minute dance class Paula successfully engaged a group of seventeen preschool children aged between 2.5 and 4 years to express emotions through different body and facial movements. Using music and story Paula professionally managed to encourage even the youngest children to participate. The dance class also included learning intentions from the areas of Physical Development and Literacy within the Early Years Foundation Stage. All children of different ages and abilities enjoyed the opportunity to engage in an imaginative and fun dance class. We would highly recommend Paula’s classes and hope to invite her back again!

  • “Following Paula’s terrific input and enthusiasm in the cross curricular approach to dance and creative movement, we attained an International Schools Award for our work on South Africa.”

  • “My son is on the autistic spectrum and it has always been difficult to engage him in activities involving other children. However, at Mosaic Dance this was never a problem. The amazingly inclusive approach of Paula Hain meant that all children, whatever their ability, were included and encouraged. My son loved his many years dancing with Paula and as a family we loved going to the shows. These always gave everybody a chance to perform and show a little bit of what was special about them”.

  • “Paula assisted me in the writing of a pirate based scheme of work for our county. It was greatly received and was implemented in many schools”.

  • “My daughter joined Mosaic Dance when she was 3. From the very beginning she loved it. She really enjoyed the opportunity to be creative and to get involved in what and how they did things.  Her dancing improved hugely over the years but more importantly, was the amount of fun and feeling of belonging she got from being part of the group…those experiences will stay with her for life.”

  • “Joining your dance class was of particular significance for my daughter Hannah, as it allowed her to learn skills which were fun and helped build her confidence, before she had even begun nursery. Hannah always loved your classes and blossomed as she enjoyed being part of the shows, which brought different age groups together – she looked up to the older ones, inspired by them. Mosaic Dance’s ethos of valuing each member and encouraging them makes lessons fun and develops the children’s creativity as they find their own style and expression through dancing”.
